2005-06-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684709摘要:農田水利業務常需使用大量之空間資料,過去是以紙圖來處理此類資料,但經常 面臨圖籍保存、更新、搜尋不易的困境,為因應資訊時代業務E化的需求,利用地 理資訊系統以電子化技術處理圖籍及空間資料,可達成農業水利地理資料的互通 共享、營運管理E化及多目標應用之目的,對今後農田水利業務的推動及永續經營 ,將有很大的幫助與成效。 在國去近十年來,由於軟硬體技術之成熟,地理資訊系統已逐步應用到各種與空 間資料管理相關之業務上,近年來農委會亦補助進行各種相關基礎資料建置以及 應用系統之開發,以供相關規畫管理作業之用,有效提高農業用水管理之效率。 運用GIS先進的資料獲取、傳輸和處理手段,建立農田水利事業完善的資料,促 進技術優化升級和提高用水效率的水管理資訊系統,為農業水資源的調配管理及 高效利用提供決策支援。 值此國內GIS系統應用發展告一段落,面臨應用系統推動落實至業務單位之際 ,有必要至鄰近與台灣農業經營還進類似的日本進行考察,除可收集相關資料與 經驗做為國內之參考外,並建立兩國業務單位溝通交流管道,作為以後資料及應 用經驗交流之基礎。<br> Abstract: There are a lot of spatial data involved in irrigation management. Paper maps are the traditional tools for managing these spatial data. But the uses of paper maps often encounter the difficulties in storage, update, search and analysis. Geographic Information System (GIS) is an efficient tool for management of these spatial data involved in irrigation management. Because the software and hardware have been well-developed, there have been numerous applications of GIS on different management fields in Taiwan for the last decade. The Agricultural Council has support budget for basic data and applications developments. The introduction of GIS into irrigation management has gradually improved the data sharing, management and water use efficiency. The agricultural operation and management of Japan is very similar to that of Taiwan.
