2016-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/645661摘要:冠狀動脈開口病變疾病是有生命危險的重大疾病,治療過程有危險性,需要謹慎精確的進行支架放置。過去研究顯示冠狀動脈開口處的支架常無法放置在最理想的位置。冠狀動脈電腦斷層血管攝影,可以非侵入性的獲得冠狀動脈三度空間資訊。本研究分析電腦斷層影像並找出左、右冠狀動脈之出口位置,最佳投影角度與其投影影像結果。希望設計出電腦輔助分析軟體來輔助臨床應用,增加醫師放置支架的準確度,減少血管攝影手術時間。<br> Abstract: Coronary artery disease with stenotic lesions in the coronary ostium is a life-threatening condition. Preciseplacement of coronary stent is needed. Recent studies show that coronary stents placed in the coronaryostium were usually located in the suboptimal position. Computed tomography can provide threedimensional information of coronary artery and is evolving as a tool for noninvasive diagnosis of coronaryartery disease. The purpose of this study is to develop an automatic image algorithm to facilitateidentification of the optimal projection angles for coronary ostial lesions by analyzing coronary computedtomographic angiography.
