林仁壽2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-292003http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/16457本計畫乃利用台北市立動物園之台灣黑熊及亞洲黑熊進行人工電擊採精及精液性狀之研究,初步建立電擊採精技術的模式,並於採精前導尿可避免精液受尿液之污染,降低精液品質,實驗顯示無污染的精液呈乳白色,約0.3ml,pH 值約7.6,濃度為1.4×108 cells/ml,活精比為50%,異常比約17%,其中頭部異常7%,尾部異常10%;而精子之總長為67.5μm,頭部5μm、中段3.75μm及尾部58.75μm;精液冷凍保存尚未成功,有待繼續研究。The purpose of this study was to establish the technique of semen electroejaculation from Formosan black bear and Asian black bear and to provide the information on semen characteristics for further study in animal breeding. The study revealed that removal of urine from the bladder before electroejaculation minimizes contamination with urine and the normal semen characteristics were milky white in color, about 0.3 ml per ejaculation; pH 7.6; sperm concentration 1.4×108 cells/ml; live of sperm 50%; abnormal morphology 17%; total length of sperm 67.5μm, head 5μ m, midpiece 3.75μm, and tail 58.75μm.
