2015-07-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664036摘要：本研究挑選五個具代表性的公共給水系統，包括 (1)大漢溪— 板新給水場—第十二區管理處、(2)大甲溪、大安溪— 豐原給水廠、鯉魚潭給水廠—第四區管理處、(3)彰化地下水—彰化給水廠—第十一區管理處、(4)雲林地下水、濁水溪、八掌溪—雲林給水廠、嘉義給水廠—第五區管理處、(5)高屏溪、九曲堂伏流水—澄清湖給水廠—第七區管理處，評析其現況問題，並彙整出我國給水系統五大關鍵議題有：一、水資源缺乏整合性管理，水源水質受污染、二、澇旱不均與氣候變遷，增加社會衝擊；三、水源污染負荷大，傳統淨水場處理功能有限；四、水公司營運管理組織財務體系不健全；五、配水管網水質水量水壓之安全穩定性待加強。本計畫未來將將透過專家諮詢會，依「健康水源、綠色淨水場、智慧配水系統」的願景，以優化水系統治理(Governance)、提升水系統完整(Integrity)、加強生態環境保育(Environment)、保持飲水安全(Safety)、維護水系統永續(Sustainability) 之G�I�E�S�S五大目標，持續修訂公共給水系統安全永續績效評估指標（performance evaluation indicators, PEIs），研訂綜合水資源治理對策方針。<br> Abstract: Five representative water supply systems in Taiwan, include: (1) New Taipei Water Supply System; (2) Taichung Water Supply System; (3) Changhua Water Supply System; (4) Yunlin Water Supply System; and (5) Kaohsiung Water Supply System, were chosen and their key issues were assessed.
