2023-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672273本子計畫利用蜂王費洛蒙取代蜂巢內的蜂王,並將此無蜂王授粉蜂箱應用於溫室內進行授粉的任務。目前已將包含無蜂王授粉技術的紙蜂箱,應用於全台53間溫網室11種作物進行授粉試驗,初步結果皆獲得很好的授粉成效,農戶的回饋大多為收成結果與傳統蜂箱一樣,但大大增加使用的方便性與安全性。從農戶端回收的數據顯示每日平均授粉蜂數量與栽種株數有關聯,溫網室內作物栽種株數越多觀察到的授粉蜂就越多,反之亦然。推測授粉蜂訪花的數量與溫網室內花朵的多寡有關,為了更加證實兩者之間的關係,本子計畫於明年度的實驗規畫,將於授粉紙蜂箱的蜂巢口設置電子式的自動計數器,詳細紀錄整個授粉過程中蜜蜂每日進出的次數,然後再與農戶登記每日溫網室內花朵的數量進行分析,期望能找出確切的授粉蜂數量與外在食物的關聯性。另外,也持續觀察記錄無蜂王授粉技術應用於不同季節與作物的成效。 This sub-project intends to replace the queen in the hive with queen pheromones and apply this queen-free beehive to the pollination in the greenhouse. Carton beehives that include queen-free pollination technology have been used in 11 crops in 53 greenhouses in Taiwan for pollination experiments. Most of the preliminary results have achieved good pollination results. The feedback from farmers is that the harvest results are the same as traditional beehives but greatly improved convenience and safety in use. The data collected from farmers shows that the daily average number of pollinators is related to the number of planted plants. The more plants planted in the greenhouse, the more pollinators are observed, and vice versa. It is speculated that the number of honey bees visiting flowers is related to the number of flowers in the greenhouse. To further confirm the relationship between the two, the experimental plan of this sub-project in the next year will set up an electronic automatic counter at the exit of the beehive. Record the number of times honey bees enter and exit the beehive daily during the pollination process. Then, analyze it with the daily number of flowers in the greenhouse recorded by the farmers. It is expected to find out the exact correlation between the number of pollinators and external food.
