The proposed MIMO antenna consists of two orthogonally arranged dual-polarized cavity-backed co-located aperture antennas. The simulated results show that the proposed antenna has excellent performances, such as wideband impedance bandwidth covers the operational frequency band, the promising radiation efficiency, a stable and wide radiation pattern, and most importantly the superior port and polarization isolation. This innovative antenna design combines a cavity-backed aperture with spatial and polarization diversity. The idea of gathering the full polarimetric matrix can be achieved using Time Division Duplexing (TDD) to switch between Tx1 and Tx2 antenna for further studies. The proposed dual-polarized antenna is a suitable candidate of 60-GHz AiP module for full polarimetric radar applications.Novel Dual-polarized MIMO Antennas in 60-GHz AiP Module for Full Polarimetric Radarconference paper10.23919/URSIGASS57860.2023.102656032-s2.0-85175165497https://api.elsevier.com/content/abstract/scopus_id/85175165497
