2020-04-172024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664548摘要:本計畫預計針對生物炭與植穴常用介質及微生物製劑之添加進行評估,比較不同配 方對於都市常見苗木與都市菜園作物之生長影響,探討都市常見作物對於不同生物 炭介質配方的促進生長效果及防治線蟲的效果。另外,本研究將評估添加生物炭於 綠化植穴介質後12個月,對於都市綠化植株生長狀況的影響,及其對土壤中微生物 生態造成之變化。本研究之成果,將提升生物炭與相關微生物交互作用之知識研究 ,且新開發之綠化植穴生物炭介質配方將提供未來施用方法與應用場域進行優化參 考。此外,本研究將分析生物炭於都市林根圈土壤中微生物生態變化趨勢,提供未 來施用評估之參考。<br> Abstract: This research aims to study the impact of biochar planting material mix on common urban summer greenery plants growth and their nematode disease resistance ability, by comparing different biochar planting material mixes. In addition, this research will study the impact of biochar on urban greenery plants and their soil microbes in greenery planting holes application, through a year-long monitor and microbial structure analysis. By gaining information among biochar and microbe interactions, we plan to screen and develop a product that suits for future urban greenery plating application and commercialization optimization.
