2015-12-242024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681377摘要：水保局自民國91年開始，陸續發展土石流防災觀測科技，期能更加精進坡地土砂災害之觀測科技研究及發展。民國91年到103年間，南投縣信義鄉神木地區(含愛玉子溪，霍薩溪與出水溪等集水區)發生多次土石流事件，因此水保局將於南投縣信義鄉神木國小閒置校區成立國際土砂災害觀測研究中心，並規劃戶外坡地水文試驗研究場域，結合國內外新興觀測科技、先進量測儀器及高效率傳輸系統，即時追蹤掌握溪流土砂生產、動態及運移等資料，作為國內第一座以集水區為主之坡地水文試驗研究示範場域。<br> Abstract: Water and Soil Conservstion Bureau has developed debris flow monitoring system since 2002. There had been many debris flow records from 2002 to 2014 in ShenMu village, therefore, WSCB plan to establish and international reserach center in that area. This project is to draft a plan for large scale monitoring in that area. Using complete technology and high performance transmittion, the sediment movement in the watershed will be recorded.
