2017-04-252024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664049摘要:本計畫「底泥污染風險評估平台建置計畫(第二期)」為延續性計畫,是以科學研究的角度協助解決環保署所面臨的行政問題。本計畫目標包含:(1) 透過環境樣品資料與污染源組成,建立底泥品質與可能污染源相關性分析程序,並與本署已建置的河川底泥傳輸模式之預測結果進行比對,以提出污染物於底泥之時間與空間濃度分布探討報告;(2) 經由底泥、檢測生物體及已上市水產品內污染物數據資料,研擬啟動底泥環境影響與健康風險評估之判定程序,建立判定之理論依據與準則;(3) 結合底泥污染環境影響與健康風險評估、經濟效益分析程序,建立分階段底泥污染經濟效益評估指針。<br> Abstract: The project “Risk assessment platform for sediment contamination(Phase II)” is a continuous project, in which project many scientific researches will be investigated and intended to solve administrative problems of EPA. This project aims to: (1) Assess the relationship between the quality of sediment and contaminant source by applying multivariate statistical analysis; Evaluate the possible pathways of contaminant source to environmental receptor by existed transmission model to establish the spatial and temporal variations of contaminant in effluent, river water, and sediment; (2) Establish the judgement process of sediment’s environmental impacted assessment and human health risk assessment by collecting the data of sediments, organisms, and aquatic products (fishes, shellfish, and crustaceans); (3) Integrate sediment’s environmental impact assessment, human health risk assessment, and economic assessment to establish the phased assessment guidance of the economic benefits of sediment pollution.污染底泥多變量統計分析風險評估經濟效益Contaminated SedimentMultivariate Statistical AnalysisRisk AssessmentEconomic Benefit底泥污染風險評估平台建置計畫(第二期)
