2019-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/671872摘要:近數十年來大學被賦予更多元化的角色,除了傳統教學與研究的任務,大學甚至需要藉由產學合作承擔產業創新的第三任務,校務發展所涉及的面向更加多元且複雜。本研究目的在協助臺灣大學發展更合宜之校務發展規劃程序、指標與校務績效評估模式。我們將研究國內外知名標竿學府校務規劃方法、程序及相應資源,藉由策略管理工具與方法,以提高校方中程校務規劃的決策品質。<br> Abstract: In recent decades, universities have been given more multiple roles in the changing world. In addition to the traditional tasks of teaching and research, the third task of the university is spurring the industrial innovation by academic-industrial cooperation. The school affairs and objectives seem to be more diverse and complex. The purpose of this study is to assist National Taiwan University in developing a more appropriate school development planning process, key performance indicators and evaluation mechanism.
