2014-07-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662517摘要:蜜蜂採集的蜜、粉源植物,包括田間大量栽培之經濟作物(如水稻、茶、十字花科蔬菜),還有許多產生蟲媒花的果樹、茶樹及野草,甚至一般人活動範圍如家中小花園、公園、人行道,只要有開花植物都可以是蜜蜂採集活動的區域。而此等蜜源植物可能密佈著各種細菌和汙染物(尤其是農藥)。然工蜂進行採集時,無法選擇安全無虞的植物群落,導致後續產生了蜂產品被汙染的情形。甚至在台灣地區近年來也常有養蜂者反應蜂群出現疑似農藥中毒的現象,所以本計畫欲以現場採樣的蜜蜂花粉團鑑定植物種類,並配合蜜蜂急性中毒之農藥檢測,分析高危險之蜜、粉源植物,以提供主管機關做為農藥管理之參考依據。<br> Abstract: In addition to the major cultivation of crops (such as rice, tea, cruciferous vegetables), the honeybees will also collect nectar and pollen grains from orchard trees, grasses, and even the plant in home gardens, parks, sidewalks. However, these nectar and pollen plants might be contaminated by various toxin, in particular, pesticides which leading to the pollution of bee product. Therefore, this project aims to identify the pollen flora in bee product in relation to their nectar and pollen plants.
