2014-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678897摘要:生物多樣性形態取決於物&#63972;及生物過程之變&#63842;,此過程及其變&#63842;透過多空間及時間 尺&#64001;進&#64008;。因此,應用或發展新的方法,有助瞭解此時間與空間形態,進而分析、測試、 推&#63809;跨時空間尺&#64001;之環境變&#63849;及其與生物間之關&#63895;性。本計畫為歐盟 FP7 計畫 “Securing the conservation of biodiversity across administrative levels and spatial, temporal, and ecological scales“之部分,且本計畫團隊為SCALES 計畫之正是成員。因此,本計畫 目標主要如下 (1) &#63851;與歐盟SCALES 計畫,整合尺&#64001;觀&#63907;於&#63847;同尺&#64001;之生物多樣性管 &#63972;政策,並以亞洲、臺灣或區域尺&#64001;為&#63925;;(2) 與歐盟SCALES 成員分享與發展生物多 樣性保育及國家責任(national responsibility)之多尺&#64001;之分析工具與方法。本計畫為三&#63886; 期計畫,主要分為三大部分,(1)發展多尺&#64001;時空間趨勢分析、繪圖方法與工具,提供 SCALES 成員應用;(2)以第一項成果為基礎,發展土地&#63965;用對生物過程多尺&#64001;下之影響 分析方法;(3)應用歐盟已發展及本計畫發展階層國家責任分析方法與工具。 本計畫之工作項目如下: (1) 發展及提供多適當 GIS 之多尺&#64001;時空間模式與多尺&#64001;分析工具; (2) 應用本計畫及歐盟 SCALES 跨時空間尺&#64001;鳥&#63952;多樣性保育之知&#63996;於亞洲及臺 灣地區加以推廣; (3) 進&#64008;以尺&#64001;觀&#63907;之影響分析,如多尺&#64001;土地&#63965;用於鳥&#63952;分佈之影響; (4) 發展保育之階層式國家責任分析方法及工具; (5) 轉化及整合以上之成果到 SCALES 計畫成為線上工具物件,提供跨尺&#64001;保育推 廣之工具 (6) 進&#64008;實質的國際交&#63946;與成果分享,增加研究能&#63870;及國際能&#64010;&#64001;<br> Abstract: Biodiversity patterns are determined by a variety of processes, both physical and biotic, each operating over multiple spatial and temporal scales. Moreover, understanding the temporal and spatial pattern depends on the ability to adopt or develop methods that can analyze, test and draw inferences from measured biological associations between environmental variables across spatiotemporal scales. Therefore, based on the purposes of FP7 project “Securing the conservation of biodiversity across administrative levels and spatial, temporal, and ecological scales “ (SCALES) this project involves three major purposes: (1) to integrate the issue of scale into policy and decision making, as well as biodiversity management on Asian and Taiwan scales, and (2) to collaborate, exchange and share methods and results of the developing multi-scale spatiotemporal scaling analysis approaches and tools for assessing impact of scales on biodiversity conservation and national responsibility (SCALES) project. Accordingly, this project comprises three work packages which are Multi-scale spatiotemporal trend analysis and map methods and tools, Multi-scale Effects of Land-use on Biotic Processes, and Hierarchical National Responsibility Approach and Tools for the purposes. Similar to the objects of SCALES project, SCALES-Taiwan has eight objects: (1) to provide the most appropriate GIS multi-scale spatiotemporal modeling and scale impact assessment tools; (2) to apply our knowledge for bird diversity conservation across spatial and temporal scales and disseminate them to a wide range of users in Asia, including Taiwan; (3) to perform scale-dependent impact analysis; (4) to develop GIS national responsibility assessment and tools; (5) to translate and integrate results into SCALES project for a support tool kit online supporting sustainable conservation across scales; and disseminate the results to relevant individuals.
