2012-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684694摘要：本研究計畫將研析「民法」、「行政執行法」及「動物保護法」或其他法律規定，就公立動物收容處所、民眾（動物代養人）及原飼主對於「未植入晶片及寵物登記犬貓」之法律上權利義務事項及範圍加以研究。本研究計畫將提出法律意見書、擬訂契約書範本，就申請代養民眾應負權利義務予以明訂，兼顧動物福利及原飼主找回遺失動物權利，將來可供縣市政府一體適用，協助縣市政府積極推動代養機制並避免衍生後續糾紛。 <br> Abstract: The research is about public animal shelters signing contracts with people to raise animals. The main object of this research is to research and analyze Civil Law, Administrative Law, Animal Protection Law and other law about the related rights and obligations.
