周必泰臺灣大學:化學研究所周和均Chou, He-ChunHe-ChunChou2007-11-262018-07-102007-11-262018-07-102004http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/52007本論文的研究工作分為兩大部分: 第一部份,我們設計了兩個螢光生物分子探針,可用以偵測單醣分子,尿素衍生物,以及含有酸根的化合物。由於此二主體分子,係利用氫鍵與客體分子彼此相鍵結,因此在激發狀態下會產生特殊的光物理現象,例如:質子轉移或是電子轉移,吾人便可藉由螢光光譜上所發生的圖譜變化,達到分子辨識的目的。 第二部份,先以再沈澱法製備一系列的水溶性有機奈米粒子,再利用穿隧式以及掃瞄式電子顯微鏡,探討所合成奈米粒子之構造,並嘗試瞭解目標物之光譜性質,以及該粒子在固態晶體和溶液態下性質之差異性。There are two parts in this thesis. First, we developed two fluorescent sensors to detect bio-significant molecules such as monosaccharide, derivatives of urea and carboxylic acid. Utilizing hydrogen bond to bind with the guest molecules, these two sensors have special photophysical properties such as charge transfer and proton transfer at excited state. The fluorescence spectra show drastic changes after binding the guest molecules. As a result, we can recognize molecules like monosaccharide, derivatives of urea and carboxylic acid by the changes of fluorescence spectra. Second, we used reprecipitation methods to synthesize various aqueous organic nanoparticles such as perylene, fluorescein and some polyaromatic compounds, and then characterized their morphology by TEM and SEM.
