2009-02-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/670328摘要：智慧家庭科技創新與整合中心（以下簡稱本中心）在民國97年2月獲國科會補助成立後，即以積極創新的執行信念，致力舉辦多項整合產官學研各界的活動、協助收斂發散各方力量，以期及早達成本中心的成立宗旨與中長期目標，打造共創產學雙贏的智慧生活科技領航中心。 本中心第一年度的執行目標乃於分工專責的行政組織有效運作下，以「整合」與「創新」作為基本精神，促進產官學研協同合作，以達到橫向與縱向整合。97年6月3日台大第2528次行政會議並決議通過本中心據以成立『台大智慧生活科技整合與創新研究中心』之校級功能性研究中心，採取分工明確的矩陣式管理－以行政組織為經，以專案為緯－可確保每項業務及每一專案都有專人負責。本中心第一年度共有來自全國各校的120位學者、23位專任助理、138位兼任研究助理共同參與，在中心主任與副主任的帶領下，行政管理組、企劃資訊組、研究發展組、產學推動組、實體展示組、虛擬平台組、人才培育組等各司其職並互相支援，每組並由台大機械系、資工系、生傳系、工科海系、土木系之專任教師及博士後研究員擔任組長，在每週至少一次的核心會議的運作下，集思廣益共同催生的豐碩成果。在大小型主軸整合活動的匯聚下，本中心在第一年度所整合的三十個加盟團隊由於皆是過去國科會所補助之相關頂尖研究計畫，依其性質分為「智慧呵護專案」、「智慧健康專案」、「智慧永續專案」等三個加盟專案形式，為本中心注入強大的研發能量，『研究發展組』也因此應運而生。我們乃以智慧生活為研發主題，進一步配合「以人為本、科文共裕」的中心思路，來推動知識供應鏈中橫向與縱向的分工與整合。此外並藉由『產學推動組』多次舉辦的技術發表會及廠商互訪交流活動，透過這種多元的互動模式與廠商意見回饋，除了能發揮比起嘉年華會更收斂集中的宣傳推廣效果外，更可確保創新的技術可更貼近廠商及市場需求，以利及早將技術化成商品。 INSIGHT第二年之研發主軸與執行方式，將轉型為生活體驗實驗室(Living Lab)，結合當今我國智慧生活科技重點研發團隊，以使用者驅動的開放式創新，將開發的新技術實際交付使用者於生活中體驗，有異於過去的創新模式，形成一循環且生生不息的創新價值迴路。此種以市場導向、多元技術聚合的特色，將可使本中心未來能適時扮演推動產業發展之引擎角色，協助新的產業服務平台成立，以帶動我國智慧生活產業的發展。 最後，跨領域人才的培育乃是我國教育的當務之急，因此本中心透過『人才培育組』及設計團隊邀請不同領域的專家學者，包含科技、人文、設計、管理領域，設計開辦各種跨領域課程與活動，並將多項學術活動製作成數位教材上傳至網路上供學生及大眾瀏覽，希能開拓學生的不同視野，培養其廣度與深度的獨立思考能力，成為深具競爭力的跨領域人才，併收「科文共裕」之效。 <br> Abstract: The INSIGHT Center was established in 2008 to bring forward the coming of a better future－one that is more human-centric, secure, healthful, comfortable, convenient, and sustainable. At the Center, exceptionally high quality interdisciplinary research on intelligent home and living technologies is strategically integrated to cultivate innovation. With the financial support of the National Science Council, the INSIGHT Center aims to build a world-class integrated platform to coordinate the efforts of government agencies, research institutes, academia, industries, and foreign partners. The OpenLab, a smart living space modeling a life-size futuristic house, was established to envision and embody the future human-centric and energy-saving home applications developed through interdisciplinary collaboration. Innovative prototypes successfully furnished and operated at the OpenLab will be released to the VirtualLab and LivingLab where leading users can further innovate and provide feedback for continual refinement. Smart living technology is a burgeoning sector and to fulfill the potentially huge market for product and service development requires a well thought-out business model. Fueled by the science, technology and value innovations, the intelligent home and living technology industry will soon prosper and shape our future lives for the better. The Center is currently operated by a multidisciplinary research team comprising 120 researchers from the humanities and from engineering, 23 staff and 138 research assistants.
