2005-03-302024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681857摘要：為擴充台北市防救災能量，結合93年度之相當經驗與計畫成果，推動相關工作，以啟動區域性災害防救作業支援效能、提昇整體防救災能力。目標為： (1)協助地方政府修訂地區災害防救計畫，並配合預算編列與計畫管考機制，促使計畫與實務工作密切結合。 (2)協助地方政府確實掌握地區災害特性，運用適切方法，研擬災害防治對策，以及兩年內災害防救工作重點與中、長程工作目標。 並提出三項重點工作： (1)地區災害防救計畫之修訂與技術成果移轉。 (2)訂定地區災害防救工作評估機制與指標。 (3)加強區級及社區防救災計畫工作。 <br> Abstract: In order to expand the energy providing disaster of Taipei City, which combine the experimence and achievement of the plan in 93, it is the goal to start the regional working support efficiency and promote the ability providing disaster. The great points: (1)To help the local government to revise the regional calamity and defend the plan, budget compiling, and planning to be in charge of taking an exam of the mechanism, the plan will combine with practice work closely. (2)To help the local government to grasp the regional calamity characteristic and using the appropriate method, grind the countermeasure of drafting and focal point of work and performance goal in two years. Three focal points work as follows: (1)Revision of the regional calamity and defend the plan and the achievement transfering. (2)Stipulate assessing mechanism and index.
