2010-06-142024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652381摘要:土肉桂為台灣常見的本土闊葉樹種之一,各種化學品系之土肉桂葉子,由於精油的主成分不同,具有不同的功效與用途,由於精油成分大多為高揮發性的單&#33820;與倍半&#33820;類化合物,精油成分容易揮散,部分精油成分在使用環境下亦可能產生氧化變質的情形,使精油保存性降低,以及在產品利用上受到許多限制。本計畫的目標為進行土肉桂葉子精油的萃取,以氣相層析質譜分析葉子精油成分,將土肉桂葉子精油以不同比例的β-環糊精包覆後,同樣以氣相層析質譜分析精油微膠囊的包覆率,並以傅立轉換葉紅外線光譜分析精油微膠囊的化學組成,以及利用頂空氣相層析質譜分析進行土肉桂精油微膠囊在不同溫度下精油釋放情形。期望藉由微膠囊的包覆,提高土肉桂葉子精油的保存性,擴展利用範疇,並開發高經濟價值與多樣化的土肉桂葉子精油產品。<br> Abstract: Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh. (indigenous cinnamon) is a common and native broadleaf tree in Taiwan. Various chemotypes of indigenous cinnamon leaves which contain different major oil constituents exhibited different functions and utilities. Due to the high volatile monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids in the essential oil, the oil is easy to volatize in the air. Partial constituents of essential oil are easily oxidized and decomposed in the environment. Many environmental factors will influence the conservation of essential oil and limit the utility of essential oil products. The goals of this study are to distill the leaf oil of C. osmophloeum, to identify the constituents of leaf oil by GC-MS, and to microencapsulate the leaf oil with various ratios of β-cyclodextrin. Inclusion complex and chemical composition of microencapsules containing leaf oil will be analyzed by GC-MS and FTIR, respectively. The release of oil constituents from microencapsules under different temperatures will also be investigated by HS-GC-MS.
