2019-03-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678119摘要:臺灣香檬為臺灣原生種柑橘,用於機能性果汁原料,但除植物型態外,目前尚無其他適合用於野生族群之輔助鑑定方式。利用農試所嘉義分所臺灣香檬種原為材料,由香氣及分子兩個層面解析臺灣香檬。計畫目標在瞭解臺灣香檬與其他小果柑橘的香氣特徵關鍵性差異,並且提出可輔助鑑別臺灣香檬的香氣特徵化合物。此外,嘗試以次世代定序尋找多型性分子標誌,開發可以有效區分臺灣香檬與其他相似小果柑橘的輔助分類方式。本計畫預期透過香氣特徵的建立,以及初探建構的分子標誌與臺灣香檬氣味特徵之可能關係,發掘具潛力的功能性分子標誌,釐清現有臺灣香檬種原間之同質性,期望能做為日後臺灣香檬及其他柑橘種類分子輔助育種的參考指標特徵。<br> Abstract: Citrus depressa is one of Taiwan indigenous citrus species. It is used for materials of functional juice. When we need to identify the wild population, there are only plant phenotype characteristics could be applied. No other effective auxiliary identification could be used. In this project, we are going to use the germplasm of C. depressa to developing the auxiliary identification methods by the aroma of leaves and molecular characteristics. The aim of this project is to find out the major difference of aroma characteristics between C. depressa and another sour small-fruit citrus. The key aroma compounds would be revealed to assist C. depressa identification. Moreover, next-generation-sequencing analysis would be applied to establish the polymorphic molecular markers, which is responsible for the distinguish the C. depressa and others. To know the correlation between the preliminary molecular markers and aroma patterns in C. depressa is expected to discover more potential and functional molecular markers.
