2016-01-282024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681419摘要:本計畫為執行中央地質調查所推動之4年期「臺灣東北海域礦產資源潛能調查:震測及地熱流調查研究」工作,以震測與地熱流調查在臺灣東北海域南沖繩海槽進行金屬礦產開發潛能之調查與探勘研究,一以了解東北海域受海底火山活動產生的熱液換質作用是否亦有金屬硫化礦物的資源潛能,二則以震測與地熱流調查資料進而討論南沖繩海槽的地質背景與地體構造形貌,來推測地質活動作用在東北海域金屬礦產生成中所扮演的角色。為達成計畫目標,本計畫結合了過去執行中央地質調查所天然氣水合物調查計畫中地球物理與地質、地熱流量測團隊成員,組成一堅強的調查分析團隊來執行此計畫。除了總計畫負責整個計畫之規劃、協調工作以及建置與維護礦產資源資料庫外,另有4個分項計畫: (1)反射震測與海底回聲剖面調查研究:本年度將依上、下年度執行不同面向的計劃內容。前半年工作重點將彙整既有的震測資料,以建立地體構造的初始模式。後半年在東北海域A區實施2維多頻道反射震測調查、發展震測資料處理及分析技術、處理與分析所收集來之震測資料,並進行地質解釋等。(2)地熱流調查研究:將整編臺灣東北海域所有地熱流測量資料,完成地溫梯度、熱導係數等資料分析。配合同年度震測工作,擇適當地點沿垂直構造走向收集8個測點海床下原地溫度和沉積物熱導係數,對地熱流測量資料整編和相關圖資繪製。(3)流體移棲模式研究:本年度先整編既有地熱流的資料,建立理論溫度場模型。後續結合新量測的地熱流值結果,估算觀測溫度場模型,進行差異分析比較,解釋流體運動型式。(4)地質構造、火成活動與沉積特徵研究:彙整計畫區域發表之文獻與報告與協助總計畫整理既有之震測剖面資料,選擇數條重要震測剖面進行反射震測資料重新處理,解釋東北海域A區之既存震測資料,綜合前人研究、地物與地質資料,建立研究區地體構造、火成活動與沉積的初始模式。 本年度計畫完成後對計畫A區將能有初步調查成果,加上彙整既有資料置分析結果,將總結論述本年度計畫對東北海域A區金屬礦產開發潛能研究成果,探討礦物可能生成模式、環境及其與地質背景與地體構造活動之可能關聯性。<br> Abstract: This proposal is the first year of the 4-year mineral resource investigation project entitled “Investigation of mineral resource potential in the northeastern Taiwan offshore areas: Seismic and heat flow studies”. Seismic, heat flow and geothermal investigations will be carried out in the areas offshore northeastern Taiwan with 2 major goals: 1. To explore the mineral resource potential in the investigation area where submarine volcanic activities are prevailing; 2. To understand the relationships between geological and tectonic processes and the mineral resources in the study area. To achieve these goals, a team consists of several scientists/researchers involved in the previous gas hydrate investigation projects of the Central Geological Survey (CGS) has been formed to carry out this project. Based on the needs of applying various investigation techniques and approaches, this project will be carried out by one master project and 4 sub-projects. The master project is responsible for the project planning and coordination among different sub-projects, also to develop and maintain a marine mineral resource database. The 4 sub-projects and their respective roles are described below: (1) Seismic reflection and chirp sonar investigations: The existing seismic reflection data in the investigation area will be reviewed first to build basic geological background and an initial tectonic model. After that, 2D seismic reflection data and underway chirp sonar data in the survey area will be collected, processed and analyzed. This sub-project will focus on analyzing each 2D seismic profile and chirp sonar data for volcanic activities, hydrothermal vents and structural and sedimentary processes. (2) The heat flow investigation sub-project will firstly integrate all the existing heat flow measurements off NE Taiwan and perform data analyses to obtain background information such as thermal gradients and thermal conductivity. The sub-project then will conduct heat flow measurements at selected 8 stations along 2-D seismic profiles, and will process and analyze these new data. (3) Fluid migration modeling: This sub-project plans to construct the refering thermal field model from the existing geothermal data. The different fluid migration modeling patterns will be coming out after comparing with the observing thermal filed from the new heat flow survey results. (4) Stratigraphic analyses and sedimentary characteristics of the Southern Okinawa Trough: This sub-project will try to understand the evolution of tectonic architectures and sedimentary environments from interpretation of structural features in the study area by integrating seismic data in the survey area. This sub-project will also suggest the initial system with tectonic structure, volcanic activities and stratigraphy by summerizing geological and geophysical data. Overall, this project aims to define the distribution of submarine mineral resources and to evaluate their development potential.
