The far-field emission pattern of second-harmonic generation (SHG) was monitored to study the quasiphase-matching (QPM) mechanism of nonlinear wave interaction. Second-harmonic generation was resulted from the pumping of NPC by a neodymium laser beam. The significance of a series distribution of green SHG in a direction transverse to the fundamental beam was also explained.application/pdf272724 bytesapplication/pdfen-USCrystal symmetry; Geometrical optics; Lithium niobate; Neodymium lasers; Nonlinear systems; Photons; Second harmonic generation; Phase-matching; Photonic crystals; Crystal latticesSecond-harmonic green generation from two-dimensional χ(2) nonlinear photonic crystal with orthorhombic lattice structurejournal article10.1063/1.16227862-s2.0-0242666919http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/146008/1/11.pdf
