It is one of the most common cyanotic heart diseases, and most affected neonates are undiagnosed as fetuses. The sequelae of the complex congenital heart diseases could be severe if undiagnosed before birth. However, the outcome of fetuses with TGA is improved with prenatal detection of this condition.
