2013-09-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661777摘要:本計畫將彙整疾病管制署的新型隱球菌腦膜炎病例資料庫,進行熱區分析評估病例感染的群聚地區。初步選定台北市、台中市、高雄市等高度人口密度以及雲林、彰化等賽鴿活動密集等縣市,針對這些縣市的病例群聚地區,挑選調查的鄉鎮市區,針對該調查範圍內的鴿舍分布進行地理定位,並進行地理資料庫。本計畫後續將進行新型隱球菌腦膜炎病例居住地與鴿舍地點的空間關聯性分析。預計分析台灣新型隱球菌腦膜炎之病例群聚地區,並進一步評估該地區中,病例居住地點與飼養鴿舍分布的空間關聯性,釐清「住戶週遭有養鴿戶」是否可能成為新型隱球菌感染之危險因子,可作為防治策略之參考。<br> Abstract: This project will collect human cases of cryptococcus neoformans meningitis from Taiwan Centers of Disease Control (Taiwan CDC) and use hotspot analysis to identify the spatial clustering areas of infected cases. Then, we will use Global Positioning System (GPS) to investigate the spatial locations of pigeon cottages in the areas with high population density and high-intensity racing pigeon activities. At the last stage, Geographic information Systems (GIS) will be used to assess spatial risk of cryptococcus neoformans meningitis associated with pigeon cottages. The project will investigate whether locations of pigeon cottages could be one of risk factors of cryptococcus neoformans meningitis.
