2017-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682559摘要：一般對動物疾病的調查研究或監控多著重於經濟動物，而且多為單一重大或人畜共通的傳染病，針對伴侶動物疾病作的調查相對較少，有也多是單一疾病或系統的，更不要說是疾病資料庫的建立；本研究擬與動物醫院合作，透過動物醫院的病例管理系統，由傳染性及腫瘤性疾病開始，建立即時收集病例診斷資料的模式，廣泛性的調查台灣地區伴侶動物疾病發生情形，並藉由長期的資料累積建立台灣伴侶動物疾病資料庫。全程的計畫分三年，預計在三年內與20-25家動物醫院合作，收集到60,000個傳染性及腫瘤性疾病病例進行分析；第一年預計建立透過醫院管理系統，即時收集病例診斷資料的模式，將模式應用在台北市為主的3至5家動物醫院試辦，預計在一年內收集到3,000個傳染性及腫瘤性疾病病例進行初步分析；第二年則將建立的模式擴散到跨縣市的10至15家動物醫院，並收集到13,000個傳染性及腫瘤性疾病病例進行分析；第三年再將模式擴散到台中以北的20-25家動物醫院，並收集到24,000個傳染性及腫瘤性疾病病例進行分析。<br> Abstract: Investigation or surveillance of animal diseasesmostly focused on economic animals, especially the critical illnesses or zoonoses on those animals. The diseases investigation of companion animals was few and mostly concentrated on single disease or organ system. To establish a disease database for companion animals was even rare. In this study, we will cooperate with companion animal hospitals and ask them to upload each visiting informationof infectious and neoplastic diseases through their hospital management system. Those information will be saved in a remote storage space to establish the diseases database of companion animals in Taiwan. The whole project will be a three years project. Within three years, we will collect the visiting information of 60,000 infectious and neoplastic cases from 20 - 25 cooperated companion animal hospitals. The first year, we will firstly establish the data upload model which transmits patient information through hospital management system. Afterward, the visiting information of 3000 infectious and neoplastic disease cases will be collected from 3-5 cooperated animal hospitals through that model and saved in remote storage space for later analysis and statistics. The second year, 13,000 cases will be collected from 10-15 cooperated animal hospitals located in different cities.
