2006-04-212024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659320摘要:今年全省各地之九孔繁殖時,仍然發生幼苗於附苗後陸續大量死亡之情形,而且幼苗大量死亡之情形和往年一樣嚴重,並無減緩之現象。其中以附苗後7-14天左右發生最多,而且愈往後期繁殖時有愈早脫落之情形。取母貝和附板後之幼苗作各種檢查。在病理學檢查方面,自宜蘭、台東、東北角地區,高雄等地區採養殖之成貝,在成貝的內臟之間質組織細胞中可見類似肉芽腫之組織,其中含有細小圓形之顆粒疑似病原,由其形狀和大小和染色性判定為類似黴菌之孢子。在黴菌分離方面,自採取之成貝分離出之黴菌中以Fusarium sp. , Aureobasidium pullulaus, Monilia sp., Absidia coerulea 等之重現性較高,屬於高等之黴菌屬,最近又分離出一種屬於低等之黴菌屬即游孢子真菌(zoosporic marine fungi)。而幼苗部分以直接壓片後檢查亦發現有含有細小圓形之顆粒和類似孢子囊之構造,孢子囊大小約為13μm和游離出之孢子。由海水中亦分離出類似之游孢子真菌。這類之低等之黴菌屬在組織病變區不會有形成菌絲,符合在成貝的內臟之間質組織細胞中所見之病變中,含有細小圓形之顆粒但無菌絲存在之<br> Abstract: ABSTRACT Commercial culture of abalone, Holiotis diversicolor aquatilis, emerged in Taiwan in the late nineteen-seventies. The annual product value of Taiwan abalone exceeds NT$7 billion (US$200 million) before the die-off of small abalone in the island. The die-off seed abalone in the hatchery from those raised in farms all over the island has lead to lack of juvenile abalone to grow out in the past few years. The cause of this problem is not determined. In the study, techniques consisting of microbiologic culture, histopathology and electron microscopy are applied to study broodstock and seed abalone. In histopathology, granuloma-like containing pores were demonstrated in the organs and the surrounding interstitidum. In microorganism isolation, zoosporic marine fungi and other fungi including Fusarium sp., Aureobasidium pullulaus, Monilia sp. and Absidia coerulea were isolated from broodstock, seed abalone and their water environment. The terminology of these fungi were determined by their morphologic characteristics, although further characteristics of these fungi using PCR method have been done, however, it is more important to determinate the pathogenesis of fungi before do more about their molecular characteristics. Direct smear of seed abalone has demonstrated similar microorganism in the tissue. Because the histopathology of abalone has not hyphae in the lesions, it is likely zoosporic fungi may play a important role in the lesions. However, the relationship between zoosporic fungi and the high mortality of seed abalone is unclear.
