2012-08-202024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652405摘要:枷羅木醇型土肉桂(Cinnamomum osmophloeum ct. linalool)為臺灣特有的土肉桂中之1種化學品系,雖然其精油含量豐富,但卻缺乏有系統之研究,因此,本計畫為瞭解其精油之特性,首先將探討不同植株對精油收率、成分和含量的影響,即以水蒸餾法萃取枷羅木醇型土肉桂葉子精油,再以氣相層析-質譜儀(GC-MS)分析其成分,並以火焰離子偵測器氣相層析儀(GC-FID)配合異構物管柱確定成分之絕對立體組態及定量;另外,本試驗也評估不同萃取時間對精油收率和成分的影響,亦將初步評估其抗焦慮活性。期能尋得最佳的精油萃取條件,並評估精油及其成分之功效,進而開發其應用領域,使枷羅木醇型土肉桂葉子精油更具應用價值。<br> Abstract: Cinnamomum osmophloeum ct. linalool is one chemotype of the indigenous cinnamon in Taiwan. In this study, to understand the charasteristics of its essential oil (EO) hydrodistillation will be used for EO extraction of its leaves collected from various plants. GC-MS and GC-FID will be used to examine variations and contents of chemical composition in EO. Moreover, the absolute configuration of the main constituent and its content of EO will be illustrated by GC-FID with chiral column. In addition, we will also investigate the effects of the extraction time on the yield of EO and the content of main constituents. Furthermore, we plan to assess the anxiolytic activity of EO. We expect that the optimum extraction time and conditions could be found.
