2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653778因應未來加入CPTPP對國內稻米產業的衝擊,急需農產品產地鑑別技術的支援,以保障農民權益,進而轉型為外銷進擊型產品,增加農業產值。本計畫將收集國內及CPTPP會員國稻米樣本,建立國內外稉稻品種快篩分子標誌資料庫,輔以現有稻米品種鑑定技術以解決國外品種摻偽的問題。同時,對於現有稻米產地鑑別模型和品種鑑定技術的優化問題,進行分析探討,並達到優化現有稻米產地鑑別模型以解決國內品種國外生產後回銷的問題,以期建立稻米產地判別系統,以協助行政管理。 本計畫分為兩年期實施,第一年將收集稻米樣品並建立樣品的穩定性同位素與土壤礦物與金屬元素資料庫,以作為稻米產地鑑定模型的數據依據。並檢視和修正現有判別方法以建構穩健稻米產地鑑別技術。第二年將透過收集實際稻米資料驗證已完成的稻米產地鑑別模型,同時建立國內外稉稻品種快篩分子標誌資料庫,以現有稻米品種鑑定技術以解決國外品種摻偽的問題。同時將建構稻米鑑別方法及稻米品種鑑方法的網路執行介面系統,方便相關人員實施操作。 In order to mitigate the impact on the domestic rice industry caused by participating in the CPTPP, it is crucial to support agricultural product origin identification technology. This will protect the rights of farmers and transform the industry into export-oriented, offensive products to increase agricultural output. This project will collect rice samples from both domestic sources and CPTPP members, establish a database of molecular markers for rapid screening of japonica rice varieties, and address the issue of foreign variety adulteration using existing rice variety identification technology. Simultaneously, the project will optimize the current rice origin identification model and develop a robust geographic origin identification model to tackle the problem of reselling domestic varieties after foreign cultivation. Ultimately, a rice origin identification system will be established to assist administration. The project will be implemented over two years. In the first year, rice samples will be collected, and a database of stable isotopes and metal elements of the samples will be established, serving as the foundation for the rice origin identification model. In the second year, the completed rice origin identification model will be verified by collecting actual rice data. Concurrently, a rapid screening molecular marker database for japonica rice varieties will be established, and the existing rice variety identification technology will be employed to address the issue of foreign variety adulteration.
