2010-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/652693摘要：聘請一專職研究技術人員負責管理微小元件製成及分析共用實驗室、教導研究生使用儀器、協助研究生製成微小元件、開發研究新微小元件製成技術、參與協助相關研究工作並負責儀器之管理及維修以提高微小元件製成的能力提供物理系及台大師生更好的服務。未來將接管穿透式電子顯微鏡儀器，需一到兩位專人操作與維護，並對系上或其他單位提供服務。<br> Abstract: Employ a full-time technical staff responsible for the management of cleanroom, teaching students to use equipments,helping students to fabricate micro devices,development fabrication of new micro-devices, assisting the related research and responsibling for the management and repairing equipments. In order to improve the capable of the fabrication of micro devices and provide better service for teachers and students at the National Taiwan University and Department of Physics.
