2015-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662117摘要：臺大實驗林管理處位處臺灣地理中心之南投縣，轄區橫跨鹿谷、水里及信義三鄉。本計畫乃針對目前本處與信義鄉之發展現況進行探討，再透過SWOT分析找出與信義鄉共榮的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅；同時根據SWOT分析的內容進行策略配對，以矩陣分析提出對應措施。研擬本處與信義鄉共榮發展方向，進而促進信義鄉經濟繁榮，達到敦親睦鄰及資源共管之效益。本年度計畫重點目標有五大項分別為：1.導入本校可提供之社會服務：(1)推動原民木工技藝研習課程、(2)協助布農杵音文化保存；2.引進本處環教場域與課程：(1)提供本處環教場域、(2)輸出本處環教課程；3.改善網路傳輸速率：提升信義鄉各營林區網路傳輸速率；4.原民部落協守山林與石板屋環境整理：(1)東埔部落協守山林、(2)石板屋遺址環境整理；5.傳統食用菇類推廣中心設置：推廣中心設置。<br> Abstract: The Experimental Forest, National Taiwan University (NTUEF) is located in the geographical center of Taiwan - Nantou County where the territory includes the Lugu, Shueli and Sinyi Townships. This study evaluates the present situation and development of Sinyi Township and NTUEF to analyze the superiority, weakness, opportunity and threat (SWOT) for co-prosperity and the paired strategy will be provided by matrix analysis based on the results of SWOT. These strategies will lead to the development direction of co-prosperity of NTUEF and Sinyi township and improve the economic prosperity of the latter and benefits for mutual resources management and friendly neighborhood. The five main objectives is (1): lead the social service by NTU including the practice skills of carpentry for the indigenous peoples and culture conservation for Pestle-Pounding music of Bunun race. (2): introduce the environmental field domain and class- provide the field domain and output the class of NTUEF. (3): improve the network transmission in Sinyi township. (4): The watch for forestland and stone-board house surrounding refinement of Donpu village.
