2006-05-252024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681555摘要：「台北港設置後對淡水河口海岸地形變遷之影響」計劃之目的為：(1)以數值模式分析台北港興建後對於淡水河感潮河口水理現象與輸砂型態之影響，(2)依據現地調查以及歷年地形圖樣之套配與比對結果，探討建港前後長期之地形變遷趨勢。 本計劃擬針對台北港設置後所可能衍生之工程危害與環境衝擊，及早予以評估及研判，消極方面盼能去除當地居民之疑慮，避免以訛傳訛；並積極針對上述之危害與衝擊，尋求有效之因應對策及具體之改善措施。<br> Abstract: The purposes of the project of “The effect on the coast variation of the estuary of Tan-Sui River after the establishment of Taipei Harbor” are to investigate (1) numerical simulations of the hydraulics and sediment transport on the tidal estuary of Tan-Sui River before and after the establishment of Taipei Harbor, (2) actual geographic variation of the coast from before to after the establishment of Taipei Harbor. This project will evaluate the possible engineering damages and environmental impacts caused by the establishment of Taipei Harbor. The results of this study hopefully will clear the doubt of residents on the one hand, and find the effective remedies for possible damages and impacts, on the other hand.
