2011-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662469摘要: 本研究最主要之目標在於取得臺灣葉下珠有系統的前處理方法,使其有效內容物含量增加,以提升其產品價值。試驗分兩年進行,第一年測試採收後之原料在不同程度之脫水、光照、溫度與乾燥模式對其有效內容物含量之影響。第二年針對為採收之植體處理以斷水與延長日照,再檢測其反應。<br> Abstract: The target of this project is to establish pre-treatment method, which can increase phytochemical, of Phyllanthus urinaria. The experiment will done in two years. First year will study the effect wilting, sun dry, temperature and drying method on phytochemical content.
