2018-06-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653428摘要:台灣的土壤歧異度極大,因此本子計畫目的在於了解目前台灣代表性水稻田土壤ECEs的垂直分佈、以及鎵、銦和鉈三者之間含量的關係,並分析這些元素在土壤不同組成分中的分配情形。不同母質化育所形成的土壤,ECEs的背景濃度就會有所差異,土壤的背景資訊掌握是本計畫的基礎。另外,本子計畫可並提供子計畫二、三、四、五、六做為篩選供試土壤樣品(例如盆栽試驗)的重要依據,並做為子計畫七稻米ECEs溯源的訊息(子計畫七),並與水稻田生物毒性進行對比(子計畫八)。選擇台灣面積大的代表性水稻田土壤4種,包括紅積母質紅壤、砂頁岩沖積土、粘板岩沖積土及台灣粘土,分屬不同母質所化育而成,依化育層採取不同深度土壤至C層為止,進行基本土壤理化性質與礦物分析,測定鎵、銦和鉈的全量,並以序列萃取法分析這些ECEs的相態(可溶態、鐵錳結合態、有機質結合態、殘餘態),以了解ECEs的潛在移動性與溶解能力。<br> Abstract: The target contaminants in this study are gallium, indium, and thallium which are highly toxic and commonly discernable emerging contamination elements (ECEs) in the environmental media. The objectives of this study are to understand the distribution of the ECEs in different types of paddy soils, evaluate their bioavailability in the soils, explore their transfer from soil to rice root and impact on soil microbial activities, illustrate the mechanism of tolerance to ECEs and transport in rice. Additionally, the accumulation of ECEs in rice and environmental toxicological studies will be performed in this study including the distribution, transport, and risk of ECEs in different trophic states within ecosystem of paddy soil. These results will be the basis for evaluating biological toxicity and health risk of ECEs to policy decision, leadership of new discipline, and integration of science collaboration. The purpose of this subproject is to understand the vertical distribution of ECEs in representative paddy soils of Taiwan, to demonstrate the relationships among ECEs, and partition their fractionation in soil components. The background information of soil ECEs is crucial to all subprojects, because the background soil levels of ECEs vary with different types of parent materials. Additionally, this subproject will screen soil samples designed for the experiments in subprojects 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, trace the ECEs in rice for subproject 7, and correlate the biological toxicity in paddy soil for subproject 8. Four types of representative paddy soils will be selected in this study, which are red soils from aged alluvial materials, alluvial plain soils with sandstone and shale, alluvial plain soils with slate, and Taiwan clay.
