2012-04-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664817摘要：本研究計畫主要內容將針對理論上區分動物為下列動物，即寵物、野生動物、經濟動物及實驗動物之管制法律（即我國之動物保護法、野生動物保育法及畜牧法）及相關民、刑、行政法院之裁判加以分析，最後希望能對現行不妥法令提出修正意見，建立基礎性之動物法學研究。<br> Abstract: This research project aims to analyze Animal Protection Act which theoretically distinguish the animals into the following categories: 1. pets 2. wildlife 3. capital animals 4. laboratory animals (including Animal Protection Act, Wildlife Conservation Act and Animal Industry Act)and the judgments from relational Civil Law, Criminal Law and Administrative Court.
