The advantages of high energy efficiency in the coverage area provide the flexibility of applications in various area such as wireless power transmission and mobile communications. The relatively flexible mechanism to determine the number of beams, beamwidth and beam directions makes the proposed method very useful in the practical implementation of multi-beam antennas. The methodology is summarized with an example to demonstrate the feasibility. © 2017 Euraap.High antenna gain; multi-beam radiation and phased array of antennas; narrow beamwith[SDGs]SDG7Antenna arrays; Antenna phased arrays; Design; Directional patterns (antenna); Energy efficiency; Antenna gains; Coverage ranges; Design Methodology; Flexible mechanisms; High energy efficiency; Mobile communications; narrow beamwith; Wireless power transmission; Multibeam antennasDesign Methodology for the Multi-Beam Phased Array of Antennas with Relatively Arbitrary Coverage Sectorconference paper10.23919/eucap.2017.79280952-s2.0-85020200462
