2016-05-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/665251摘要：本計畫 希望藉由先進國家之技術分享給開發中國家，增進彼此交流以及合作，建立國與國之間互動平台，也推廣台灣對於全球能源議題重視的積極態度，目的與科技部推動本活動思維相似。 本計畫活動預計9日(含抵台、離台兩日)，課程規劃：課堂課程(5日)、實場課程(2日)。擬招收30-35位擁有東南亞國籍學員參與本計畫，招收身分以研究所(以上)學生、大校教師、官方政府人員及民間公司單位之工程師及主管為主，同時也邀請台灣各校外籍學生一同參與。講員則是邀請3-4位外籍知名學者及6-7位國內講員，除分享現今技術，也參訪台灣具規模的工廠及實驗室，如北桃園風能廠、核能二廠、燃料電池中心、清華大學原子爐、逢甲大學APEC氫能實驗室等，先經由專家們的解說再進行參訪及實驗。完成本計畫全部課程後，頒發每位學員由台大工學院院長簽證之證書。<br> Abstract: This program plans to promote cooperation with developing countries by technical exchange, further establishing an interactive platform between countries as well as advertising the active attitude of Taiwan toward global energy issues, which is in accord with the purpose of the program. This training program is expected to be held in 9 days, including courses (5 days), site training courses (2 days) (and 2 days for arrival and departure.) We will recruit 30-35 students with Southeast Asian nationality, mainly students (graduate or higher), faculties, government employees and engineers from private institutes, and invite Southeast Asian students in Taiwan to join the program. We will invite 3-4 famous foreign scholars and 6-7 domestic experts as speakers, not only to share modern technologies, but also to visit large-scale factories and laboratories like North Coast Wind Power Plant, Datan Power Plant, Yuan Ze Fuel Cell Center, National Tsing Hua University THOR reactor and Feng-Chia University APEC BioHydrogen Laboratory after explanation by experts.
