2005-08-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660315摘要：本研究目的在於針對台灣的資訊產業的廠商在大陸不同區域投資時生產體系組織的轉化。這個過程中主要的議題包括：這個組織的重組具體發生的過程與型態為何？資訊業台商如何運用在中國大陸不同區域的規範體制的差異，藉以控制在大陸投資的風險與機會？進而，這些差異的區域制度機制又如何影響跨界生產體系的轉化 ，我們又應該如何適當的加以評論？要解決這些議題，本研究將處理三個主要理論：首先，有關全球化中廠商組織變遷的理論，其次，有關廠商理論中反思性的角色，以及最後，區域的彈性學習的理論。藉由批判性地與這些理論對話，這研究將展現大陸不同區域的制度創新將如何與台商以不同的型態互連，並進而交互影響了彼此的發展路徑。在這意義上，資訊業台商在大陸不同區域投資的案例將有助於提供當前經濟地理學中有關廠商與區域辯證互動的理論發展。<br> Abstract: This research aims to explore the changing organizations of Taiwanese IT (Information Technology) investors in China. A number of vital concerns will be attacked consequently: how did the organizational reshuffling process exactly happen as the Taiwanese investors meet the Chinese contexts? How would Taiwanese investors exploit the diversity between the regional institutional environments to handle the uncertainties and opportunities in their China’s operation? How would the divergent local institutional mechanisms work for the transformation of cross border production system, and how would we accredit them appropriately? To attack these issues, this research will deal with three main theories in economic geography and international business: the first thread on the internationalization (globalization) of firm activities, the second on the role of reflexivity in firm theory, and the final on the policy flexibility of the regions. In critically dialoguing with these three theories, it will show that the different regional innovative systems in China will incarnate itself with the subsidiaries of the Taiwanese trans-nationals in divergent ways and influence the development of the latter’s developmental trajectories.
