Cervical bronchogenic cysts are often asymptomatic and are generally found in childhood. We report a case of bronchogenic cyst with abscess formation in a 67-year-old woman who presented with progressive dysphagia. The cyst was completely excised. To the best of our knowledge, this is the third documented case of bronchogenic cyst leading to neck abscess in an adult. ? 2013.[SDGs]SDG3abscess; aged; article; case report; computer assisted tomography; dysphagia; esophagography; female; follow up; head and neck disease; histiocyte; histopathology; hoarseness; human; leukocytosis; lung cyst; neck abscess; neck cyst; neck pain; neutrophil; palpation; priority journal; tumor volume; vocal cord paralysis; voice changeAdult bronchogenic cyst of the neck presenting as large neck abscessjournal article10.1016/j.fjs.2013.09.0042-s2.0-84891745134
