2010-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/692723摘要:促進網路式 (Facilitated Networks) 醫療服務創新是創新大師Clayton Christensen所提出的醫療產業三類營運模式之一。實務上,此創新營運模式的建構與資源規劃已獲得國內某大型醫學中心的關注;而學術上,此醫療服務創新模式的相關探討仍是極為有限,屬於前沿之研究。為了滿足實務上的需求與增加學術界對此議題的了解,本研究計畫將從多元觀點全面深入探討此一領域。 本研究計畫的目的,是針對促進網絡式的醫療服務創新,設計有效的營運模式,並提出最適的資源規劃與建議,以期醫療機構能以此研究之成果為藍圖,妥善運用自身資源,建立一個創新的醫療服務模式。 本研究之範疇需時三年,具體的工作項目如下: 第一年:建立促進網絡式之創新醫療服務模式 1. 確認促進網絡式醫療服務之價值主張 (value proposition) 2. 調查不同服務對象 (病人、醫師、護理人員) 對此創新醫療服務模式之體驗與期望 (interface) 3. 設計此創新醫療服務模式之服務遞送機制與服務流程 (service platform & organizing model) 4. 建立此創新醫療服務模式之平衡計分卡績效評估機制 第二年:驗證促進網絡式之創新醫療服務模式與建議資源規劃機制 1. 分析促進網絡式醫療服務模式之成本與效益 (revenue and cost) 2. 建立績效指標之動態因果關聯網絡 3. 建立動態因果關聯網絡之系統動力學量化模型並分析其管理意涵 4. 提出此創新醫療服務模式下資源規劃之建議 <br> Abstract: Facilitated Networks is one of the three types of business models in healthcare service innovation proposed by the well-known innovation guru Clayton Christensen. In practice, a major medical center in Taiwan is highly attracted by the potential applications of facilitated networks business models and is keen to seek for collaboration with academics in management research. In academia, studies in the theoretic frameworks of facilitated networks business models are still limited and is a world-leading research area. To investigate facilitated networks business models, this research project attempts to consolidate various perspectives, including service quality, service innovation, performance evaluation, social network, virtual community, business models, and system dynamics. The aim of this research project is to develop effective and efficient business models for facilitated networks based healthcare service innovation. Appropriate resource allocation plans based on the business models are to be proposed. It is hoped that the results obtained from this research are capable of providing practical and insightful guidelines for healthcare institutes in Taiwan so that they can develop their unique healthcare service innovations with viable business models and well-employed resources. This research project is to be completed in two years. Tasks for each year are as follows. Year 1: Develop Innovative Healthcare Service Business Model for Facilitated Networks 1. Define the value proposition for facilitated networks business models 2. Investigate and design the interfaces among patients, doctors, and nurses for facilitated networks 3. Develop the service platform and organizing models for facilitated networks 4. Construct the balanced-scorecard-based (BSC) evaluation scheme for facilitated networks Year 2: Validate Facilitated Networks Business Model and Propose Resource Allocation Plan 1. Analyze the revenue and cost structure for facilitated networks 2. Develop causal loop diagrams and System Dynamics (SD) models for BSC evaluation scheme 3. Conduct simulation on SD models and analyze the management implications 4.
