2004-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/656947摘要:本計畫本年度除將持續台、金、馬水獺之調查監測,定期前往金門收集水獺排遺樣本,分析不同水域的水獺遺傳多樣性,與師大遺傳多樣性研究室合作,研發新的微衛星體標記,以便能利用更多組標記的排列組合,區分更大量族群的資料,以及結合地理資訊系統與現地調查,確認金門各水系水獺遺傳多樣性與交流之狀況和棲地環境,特別是水系之關係,以瞭解不同棲地狀況下水獺遺傳多樣性與族群組成與交流之差別,是否需要區分成不同的保育單元進行相關之保育措施。<br> Abstract: The goals of this project are: 1. to continue monitoring the status of Eurasian otters in Taiwan, Kinmen and Matsu; 2. to continue the collection and analysis of otters' spraints to reveal the genetic variation of otters in Kinmen; 3. to cooperate with the genetic diversity lab of the National Taiwan Normal University and develop new microsatellite markers for further scatological analysis of otters' DNA; 4. to analyze the genetic diversity of otters in different parts of Kinmen and their relationship with the environmental factors such as habitat types, distribution of waterways, topography, etc. Results of this project will help determine the genetic variation of otters in Kinmen and the geographical and genetic units for otter conservation.歐亞水獺遺傳多樣性排遺分析保育Eurasian ottergenetic diversityscatologyconservation歐亞水獺生物多樣性與保育遺傳之研究(四)
