工學院: 土木工程學研究所指導教授: 康仕仲胡信舜Hu, Shin-ShunShin-ShunHu2017-03-132018-07-092017-03-132018-07-092016http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/278198本研究是運用建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)於一無塵衣洗衣工廠之新建裝修工程專案。該業主運用BIM軟體多種圖面的呈現方式來輔助設計生產動線及設備擺放的規劃、無塵室的設計、烘乾房及無塵衣烘乾機排風管線的設計、洗衣機廢水回收管線的設計、設備載重的分析。結果顯示BIM軟體能有效協助該業主進行此專案的設計規劃，並能有效協助該業主與施工單位及內部同仁溝通此專案設計。經實際執行此工程後發現設計規劃與完工實作相當吻合，並發現BIM軟體除了在工程實作上發揮了功效外，在心理層面上也增強了業主對執行此計畫的信心。因此建議其他中小型企業業主，能嘗試使用BIM軟體來協助自己的企業未來的建築及裝修工程。This study is the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in a cleanroom laundry remodeling of renovation. The owner adapted BIM software to build a variety of drawings to present the design for the moving of production line, the setting of equipments, layout of the cleanroom, the exhaust pipe for drying room , the dryer for cleaning garments, the route for the water recycled from washing machine and the analysis of the loaded device. The results has shown that BIM software can effectively assist the owner to carry out the design and planning of their project as well as a better communication among the owner, constructors and corporate employees. After the practical implementation used in this project, it was found that the design coincided with the implementation and the BIM software not only worked perfectly for the project implementation, but also enhanced the owner`s confidence in launching this program.
