2016-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680452摘要：OCLC（Online Computer Library Center）創始於1967年，是目前全球最大之非營利國際圖書館合作組織，擁有全世界最大的書目型資料庫WorldCat，超過72,000個圖書館，在170個國家和地區使用。透過各會員館共建共享的理念，提供新取得的館藏訊息及新編書目與其他圖書館共享，降低各館西文原始編目人力與物力成本，並藉此提昇圖書館國際能見度。 教育部自民國96年起同意臺大辦理「我國加入OCLC管理成員館」計畫案，並籌組「臺灣OCLC管理成員館聯盟」運作；此外，為擴大計畫效益，自民國101年起與國家圖書館書目資訊中心合作，本計畫案與「NBINet我國中文書目國際化計畫(為期2年) 」 整合，冀望藉由加入OCLC國際性組織以推動本國與國際間書目交換，並透過搜尋引擎的普及性與便利性，讓中文書目持續、擴大曝光，提升我國在國際間之能見度，目前已順利達成中文書目上傳300萬筆的目標。民103年起本計畫將持續推動我國圖書館加入OCLC成員館，節省編目成本，並促成書目合作共享。 本計畫第5年工作項目，延續第4年計畫精神及時程，繼續推動我國加入OCLC管理成員館外，持續鼓勵並教育聯盟成員館進行中文書目上傳OCLC作業。另因OCLC已經宣佈編目工具Connexion將轉換WorldShare Record Manager，故第5年的教育訓練工作勢必需再詳加規劃與擴大。故在民105年的工作項目重點上計有:1.加強會員館招募工作；2.辦理OCLC編目工具Connexion聯合採購案；3.教育訓練以協助各館運用OCLC編目工具Connexion進行中文抄編工作、自行上傳原編書目與館藏註記課程、以及新編目工具WorldShare Record Manager為主；4.討論不再以使用量計算年費後，未來聯盟會員館年費自籌款分攤的方式，更甚者，民105年為第二期計劃的最後一年，也需邀請會員共同討論未來營運的方式；5.加強會員館與OCLC公司相關業務聯繫及溝通；6.會員館使用效益分析等。 預期在教育部持續補助及聯盟館自籌經費共同合作下，民105年臺灣各大圖書館仍能繼續成為OCLC管理成員館，並可利用OCLC編目工具，推展與提高編目速度；在使用成效、溝通聯繫及教育訓練等方面，各會員館能得到適切的安排和協助；透過臺灣地區圖書館共同持續上傳中文書目，增加臺灣書目在OCLC WorldCat的查獲率。<br> Abstract: OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) was founded in 1967, and is the world`s largest nonprofit international library cooperative. OCLC’s WorldCat is the largest bibliographic database in the world, and is used by more than 72,000 libraries in 170 countries and regions. Based on the idea of sharing, libraries can reduce the costs of original cataloging, share their bibliographic records with each other through cooperative cataloging, and enhance their international visibility. Approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China in 2007, National Taiwan University has successfully executed the “Taiwan OCLC Governing Members Consortium” project for five years. Starting in 2012, in order to expand the benefits of this project, NTU strengthened its collaborations with the Bibliographic Information Center of National Central Library and began uploading NBINet’s Chinese bibliographic records to OCLC’s WorldCat.
