2010-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651298摘要：於近年來金融全球化背景下，企業法治之健全更行重要。本研究目標即在於提升我國企業法研究水準，期待使我國企業研究與東亞之韓國與日本並駕齊驅；並就如何健全我國企業制度等提出具體可行的建議，以供政府與業者參考，以改善我國企業法治所存之弊病。為達此目的，本研究將藉由加強國際學術交流、從事比較法制研究等方式加以實施。<br> Abstract: With the development of finance globalization, the soundness, legality and transparency of corporate management is becoming more and more important. Under this context, this research project aims to improve the quality of enterprise law studies, so to keep abreast of the studies in Korea and Japan. At the same time, it provides both Government and the industry more concrete guidelines on a sound enterprise system.
