A recent large-scale crosscultural survey involving 17 countries revealed that the prevalence of infant and toddler sleep problems in Taiwan was one of the highest (71.65%) among the countries studied, and much higher than the 20-30% reported in Western countries. Although early childhood has become increasingly acknowledged as the critical period to establish adequate sleep patterns, no interventions studies have targeted children ages < 2 years in Taiwan. The purpose of the study is to evaluate and test a sleep hygiene-based early intervention for improving sleep in infants and toddlers.睡眠兒童sleepchildrenA sleep hygiene-based intervention program for infants and toddlers
