2014-08-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657318摘要:慢行交通係指由使用者自行供給能源、以人性為考量、有益健康與社會福祉與兼具節省能源之運輸系統,運具包含自行車與步行。各國為打造宜居都市,健全公共運輸發展,對於第一哩和最後一哩的慢行交通之發展尤佳重視。然慢行交通成功發展關鍵在於與公共運輸系統之無縫結合以提高使用者意願,在各國積極投入慢行交通之公共建設的同時,逐漸發現對於使用者旅運行為與對運具選擇的價值觀亟需深入探究。除此之外,慢行交通之效益該如何具體且量化呈現,該如何建置合理且全面性之評估機制,包含對安全的提升、對於公共健康效益之提升、對永續的達成等均是重要且值得探討的議題。本計畫為三年期計畫,第一年,透過國際合作深入了解歐洲國家在慢行交通之發展歷程,並針對我國慢行交通之旅運行為特性進行調查與分析,分別從行為面、管理面、基礎設施等三面向來分析使用者之旅運行為特性與運具選擇,用以釐清選擇慢行交通之關鍵因素以及在我國都市推動慢行交通之挑戰。第二年,針對慢行交通之建置環境、使用狀況等硬、軟體面進行資料蒐集與分析,用以構建全面性評估體系,尤重於慢行交通所創造之健康效益,以評估各項慢行交通策略組合之效益,同時提出慢行交通和公共運輸整合設計之策略,期能作為落實應用之依據。第三年,針對我國六都之示範公共運輸廊道和慢行交通環境之檢核與評比,舉以提出具體提升慢行環境之建議,並反饋第二年整合設計之策略內容,以期形成慢行交通規劃設計之指引。<br> Abstract: Active Mobility includes cycling and pedestrian. It also means supplied by the user on their own energy, humanity design, both for health and social well-being and energy-saving transportation system. Many cities have improved the public transport system and offered seamless transport services to be a livable city. Active mobility is the best choice for the first mile and the last mile service in the whole transportation system. However, the successful key issue of active mobility is to be combined with a seamless public transport system in order to satisfy the user travel demands. In addition, how to build a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation mechanism is also an important issue. It is not only evaluated the road safety, the effectiveness of public health, but also the sustainability. This three-year project is proposed a systematic analysis process for active mobility. A user’s travel behavior investigation and their willingness to active mobility and behavioral characteristics research will be done in the first year. Then, a comprehensive evaluation framework will be built for active mobility in the second year. Six big cities in Taiwan are become empirical studies in the third year.慢行交通之行為特性分析與系統整合設計
