2015-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/697837摘要:在本計畫中我們計畫研究複合高溫超導體/石墨烯系統以及二維電子氣以探討有趣的物理現象。我們特別要研究在高無序性石墨烯中之絕緣態-量子霍爾態相變。此外我們要研究在複合高溫超導體/石墨烯系統中之約瑟芬穿隧效應。我們的結果不但具有基礎科學上的重要性也能被應用在元件上。我們也將研究在石墨烯中之交互作用以及對稱性破壞。<br> Abstract: In this project, we propose to work on hybrid high-temperature superconductor/graphene systems as well as a two-dimensional electron system to study interesting physical phenomena. In particular, we would like to study the insulator-quantum Hall transition in disordered graphene. Moreover, we plan to study the Josephson effect in a hybrid high-temperature superconductor/graphene system. Our work should be of fundamental importance as well as of practical device applications.
