2014-06-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/707332摘要:身心障礙與高齡長者的出門代步的工具,必須符合舒適、安全、與輕便性。創新手輪馬達的新發明將輪椅的手扶圈與馬達轉子設計合而為一,已榮獲2007國家新創獎、2008年第三屆有庠科技發明獎,及2013台北國際發明暨技術交易展「金牌獎」,獲得社會肯定。 本計畫核心技術為「手輪馬達動力輪」,此動力輪整合了手輪馬達、煞車、電池、及控制器,應用在電動輪椅上時具有以下特色:手扶圈就是馬達,形成隱藏式的動力模組;電力耗盡時,仍可換成手臂驅動行進;輪椅輕便,可摺疊收藏;永磁無刷馬達的故障率低,維修機會少;保留手動輪椅大輪特色,容易超越地面凸起障礙。 此新型手輪馬達動力輪電動輪椅,特別適合手臂功能健全、具有高活動與工作能力的身心障礙族群,因此產品定位主要使用族群為脊髓損傷者;藉於此電動輪椅的靈活性,可以方便穿梭於辦公室狹小空間;又可摺疊上車,延伸其活動空間。本計畫將深化原核心手輪馬達動力輪技術,設計隱藏式車輪動力輪模組,達到動力輪模組輕量化,以及驅動控制器智慧化的目標。 本產計畫將開發「電動與手動可切換式雙動力輪電動輪椅」產品,所有動力組件隱藏在車體中,使輪椅在行進中酷似一般手動輪椅,使過路人難以察覺電動動力的存在。透過用者需求的角度,產學雙方共同訂定商品化規格及系統產品型態,建立市場模式,共創使用者與業者雙贏局面。 <br> Abstract: Personal transport vehicles for the disabled and the elderly must be comfortable, safe and light. This project proposes an innovation of rim motor which is transformed from the pushrim of a manually-driven wheelchair. This novel design was awarded a National Innovation Prize in 2007, the 3rd Innovation Prize of President Yu-Shun Shu in 2008, and the Golden Prize of Taipei International Invention Show & Technomart in 2013. The powered wheelchair driven by rim motors has been appreciated by the society. The integration of the rim motor with a brake, a battery set, and a controller becomes the core technology of “Power Wheel with Rim Motor”. A wheelchair driven by dual power wheels presents the following features: (1) the pushrim itself is a motor, i.e., a concealed power module; (2) the wheelchair can be operated manually by arms even if the power is off; (3) the wheelchair is light and foldable; (4) the rim motor is a brushless DC motor, which is reliable and easy to maintain; (5) it is easy to cross over obstacles on road because of the large-diameter wheels. A specific group of users of this novel wheelchair aims to the people with spinal cord injury, of whom most are disabled on legs, but having healthy arms, active, and capable of working. Since the novel wheelchair is dexterously operated in a narrow space of office, and easily folded and uploaded on a car for the user to extend his activity area. This project proposes to explore the core technology of the power wheel with rim motor so that the power module is concealed in the frame of wheelchair, with light weight and intelligent drive and controller. This industry-academia joint project will develop a product – a wheelchair driven by dual power wheels with manual and power shift. This wheelchair will conceal the power module inside the frame and maintain the aesthetic appeal of manual wheelchair, keeping the power module concealed from the average passerby.
