王銘宗臺灣大學:工業工程學研究所鄭代進Cheng, Dai-JinDai-JinCheng2007-11-262018-06-292007-11-262018-06-292006http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/51168在現今資訊技術與消費意識高漲的時代,企業面臨日益競爭的環境,也使得產品生命週期變短,產業分工更為細緻,外包策略與國際化腳步加速,而這種全球經濟發展使得「全球運籌管理」觀念逐漸為人所接受與使用。在大陸與環太平洋貿易區域,台灣正處於其要津之利,除了政府大力推廣運籌相關計畫與建設,國內許多企業對物流領域日益重視,物流產業也快速成長,學界方面亦有部分學 校新增運籌類系所,或由相關系所開設相關課程。 本論文將分成四大部分來探討全球運籌相關議題內涵,如以下四點所列: 一、為瞭解物流資訊交換之重要性,將藉由資料交換、運籌管理、電子商務以及電子化運籌管理等議題來加以探討與說明。並利用FusionHub 物訊網所提供之電子化運籌管理平台,針對國內一家物流業者,設計測試計畫,並證明其為物流資訊交換帶來功能與效能改善。 二、除了經由過往文獻及個案探討,來瞭解物流資訊交換的急迫性,更進一步研究現今台灣物流競爭環境的比較與資料交換技術的演變,更提出資料交換、RFID的介紹與現行情況,以期物流業者能更瞭解資料交換的技術與急迫性。 三、為了解與建構我國全球運籌管理中心所需之人力需求,著手調查與規劃全球運籌人才教育訓練議題,並透過召開座談、發放問卷與深入訪談等作法來進行先期性探討,整理並統計出國內現階段全球運籌人力需求的情況與學業界對課程規劃與教育訓練,期能有助於政府推動全球運籌管理。 四、運籌教育與物流活動在國內已經行之餘年,本研究希望瞭解學界與業界對運籌學程看法差異與國內運籌相關課程現況。首先在第一階段中,將運籌領域初步分類形成先期研究,再經由第二階段的專家訪談加以斧正形成雛型,以此雛型為基礎製作問卷,再發放問卷學業界之專家學者,進行第三階段調查,並從問卷意見探討雛型是否合宜以及課程重要度;另一方面以雛型為基礎上網調查國內運籌相關系所現階段運籌相關課程開設情況。希望藉此瞭解學界看法、業界看法與運籌課程現況三者之差異點,進而瞭解現行運籌教育是否有不足處,更能有助於課程規劃與運籌教育推動。This is the era of the information technology and consumption consciousness are surging. Enterprises face the environment that is competed for day by day. it has some phenomenon that products life cycle is shorten, division of the industry is detailed,tactic of outsourcing and internationalization accelerate. This global economic development make the idea of 'Global Logistics management' that is accepted and used gradually. Because Taiwan is key position in the trade area of China and surroundings of the Pacific Ocean. Besides the government advance the plan and development is related to logistics, many business paid much attention to area of logistics day by day. And industry of logistics is growing fast. The academic circle also takes action that some colleges added the department of logistics or offered some course of logistics. This thesis will be divided into four major parts will probe into global logistics, following listed four points: 1. We will probe into and state the importance that logistics information exchange through some conclusion of data exchange, logistics management , e-commerce and e-logistics management. And to utilize e-logistics application platform which FusionHub hub offer, the person who directs a domestic logistics industry against, design the plan of testing, to prove that it exchanges and brings function and efficiency to improve for logistics information. And to design a testing plan basing on FusionHub to prove improvement of functionality and efficiency in logistics information interchange. 2. In addition to use bibliographies in the past and case study to understand the urgency of logistics information interchange. And further studying the comparing of logistics competition environment in Taiwan and the develop of information interchange technology. And bringing information interchange, RFID, and circumstances at present to hope that logistics profession can understand more the urgency of information interchange technology. 3. In order to understand and establish manpower demand of global logistics center in our country, we undertake to survey and plan the education training’s topics of logistics talent. And we proceed to the preliminary research by convening a symposium, sending questionnaire, interviewing profundity etc.. Then we arrangement the state of manpower demand in global logistics and the curriculums plan and the education training of academic and business circle. Finally we hope that we can help the government to advance global logistics management. 4. The logistics education and logistics action already executed over several years in Taiwan. The research hope to understand different of opinions about courses related to logistics and the state of courses related to logistics in Taiwan. first, we will classify areas of logistics in advance to the preliminary research. Second, we will modify it to model by the interviews with experts. Then we design questionnaire on the basis of model and send it to scholars in the academic and experts in the business. Third, we will analyze that significance about courses related to logistics and rationality of the model. besides, we will investigate the state of courses related to logistics in department related to logistics in Taiwan. We hope to understand the different of courses’ opinion for academic and business circle and the state of course in department related to logistics.
