2018-06-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672221摘要：先進國家的人口結構處於逐漸老化趨勢，促使「在地老化」的照護產業因應而起，運用在地的資源照顧老年人，讓老年人得以在自己熟悉的環境中，安心自在享受樂齡生活。台灣將快速邁入高齡社會，健康照護服務已由傳統的醫院醫療體系逐漸擴散至更多服務產業，其中以居家安全為基礎的保全業，陸續投入居家照護、遠距照護的新興服務。然而，在地老化的居家照護是以「人」為核心關懷的服務，但現行的服務業者對使用者圖像的理解仍相當模糊，因此無法創造出良好使用體驗的創新服務。 本計畫與新光保全公司合作，以「在地老化的居家照護服務創新」為題，建立兼具良好使用者經驗、技術可行性、與商業存續性的在地老化居家照護創新服務。本團隊將以三年的研究與實作，透過雙鑽石流程與新光保全公司共創，磨合出服務的落實機制，共同建立創新的在地老化居家照護服務。本計畫第一年探索使用者經驗為核心，結合商業模式及技術導入的考量，進行整體在地老化居家照護的服務探索，已建立了一個適合發展營運在地老化居家照護的服務架構（詳見第一年報告）。第二年以落實精實創新為核心，讓新光保全可以佈署至其平台，克服前後台技術與組織實作困難（詳見第二年報告）。計畫第三年預期可以發揮新光集團綜效的新商業模式設計為核心，藉由與新光保全更深入的合作，將主要服務在新光保全的平台進行驗證，協助新光保全導入下世代的居家照護服務。本計畫除可為居家照護產業建立標竿案例外，所促成的產品、服務創新將可同時帶動產業上中下游體系的廠商，擴散性與外溢性都非常高。 <br> Abstract: The homecare and healthcare market for senior citizens boosts in the developed countries. "Aging in place" is a global trend, which emphasizes on using local resources to take care of the elders, making it possible for the elders to be aged in a familiar environment. In recent years, more and more domestic market sectors invested in healthcare services, which were traditionally provided by clinics and hospitals. For example, the security industry has started to provide homecare and telehealth services. However, providing a holistic user-centered homecare service is rather difficult for the security industry due to the lack of consideration of user experience. The objective of this project is to work closely with Shin Kong Security Co. (SKS), one of the leading companies in the security industry, to innovate aging in place homecare services. We will adapt the double diamond process to discover and define critical issues and to develop and deliver innovative solutions. In the first year, we explored the user experience with consideration of technology and business model to construct and developed an innovative service architecture. In the following year, this project will implement construction of the innovative lean service and it may help overcoming integration challenge of an innovative service to deploy in the field. In the third year, we will be able to synergy the Shin Kong group and develop a next-generation aging in place homecare service ready for the market deployment. This project will not only establish a benchmark for home care industry, but also create new values for software and hardware companies involved in the service chain.
