It is a retail store that sells craft materials with a wide range of flexibility from pre-arranged packages to single picked customization, while at the same time; and also a space where customers can complete their craft projects on the spot, rent professional craft tools or give lessons for their own art work. This paper identifies the differentiating products and services and its business model based on the analysis of current market demands and opportunities.
