倪炎元臺灣大學:新聞研究所鍾宜穎Chung, Yi-YingYi-YingChung2010-05-052018-06-282010-05-052018-06-282009U0001-1408200914095000http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/179277本論文是以台灣社區大學發展滿十年作為契機,以四所成就耀眼的社區大學為例,希望藉由案例分析的方式,讓讀者了解社區大學的發展脈絡及經營成果。 文中選取各具特色的四所社區大學做為深度採訪的主體,分別為位於都市區的文山社大、蘆荻社大,還有身處農村地區的二林社大及旗美社大;針對各校課程特色、特殊成就及經營者方針加以分析、檢視,希望藉由這些學校的成就引起讀者對社區大學貢獻的共鳴。 最後也整理出各社區大學面臨的四大問題,分別是經費、策略聯盟、校舍及學位問題,並提出人建議,希望由此四所社大的經驗,可以整合出未來社區大學經營應有的大方向。The following paper talks about the development of the full ten-year achievement turning point by Taiwan''s Community Colleges, four Community Colleges are taken as examples due to their prestigious achievements. Hoping that this case studies can let readers understand the development history and management performance that these Community Colleges have achieved. In this article these unique four Community Colleges have been selected for their different characteristics and topics. The two following colleges are located in the city: Wenshan Community College and Ludi Community College, these other two colleges are located on the countryside: Erlin Community College and Cishan Community College. Also, each college will be analyzed for their curriculum characteristics, accomplishments and management systems. Finally, also state the four major problems which many Community Colleges face, some facing problems with funds, alliances, facilities, obtaining degrees and/or diplomas, and create some proposals to these people suggesting some possible solutions for these four main Colleges.
