2021-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/710453推力意指「以可預測的方式改變人們行為的選擇結構。」近期的系統性評估指出推力可有效應用於改善健康習慣，促使人們按時支付或是準時報到，提升服務品質，增進公共參與，以及瞭解公部門進行複雜且具風險的決策時產生的偏誤。為因應此新興趨勢，本研究以推力理論為架構，分別論述四種類型的偏誤，包含注意力、信念形成、選擇和決心。為了提供證據支持台灣目前所面臨的急迫問題，本研究設計為期兩年的計畫來測試不同的推力工具，以減少政策實施過程中的障礙和偏誤。本研究的設計上的新穎之處在於運用以科技為中介的推力以及人工智慧介入的智能推力。本研究的方法結合了隨機對照試驗（網路、實地和實驗室），統計迴歸，社會網絡分析以及機器學習，以爬梳人們的決策過程如何受認知偏誤以及社會背景影響。本研究對理論的貢獻在於將在比較框架下蒐集具有價值的實證證據，以鞏固此領域的理論構建。 "Nudge has been referred as a “choice architecture that alters people’s behavior in a predictable way” The latest systematic reviews highlight the significance of nudge applications in improving health habitats, increasing on-time payments and appointments, enhancing service quality, facilitating public engagement, and understanding biases in decision-making involving complex and risks in the public sector. To respond to this emerging trend, this research adopts a nudge framework that addresses four types of biases, including attention, belief formation, choice, and determination. To provide timely evidences for pressing issues faced in Taiwan, this research includes two multi-year projects to test nudge interventions in order to reduce barriers and biases during policy implementation. The novelty of this research is in its designs in technology-mediated nudges and AI enhanced smart nudges. Methodologically, this research combines randomized controlled trial experiments (online, field, and laboratory), statistical regressions, social network analysis, and machine learning in a complementary way in order to disentangle the dynamic of decision-making of individuals that are influenced by cognitive biases as well as sociological context. Theoretically, this research will collect valuable empirical evidences in a comparative context to consolidate the current theoretical building process in the field.
